concept AWhat do you do? It’s one of the first things people ask when you meet. And whether you’re a line cook working on being a chef, or a barista working on being a singer, what you do tells the world a lot about who you are and who you want to be. That’s why Workpop is what you do when you want a job that helps you chase that future. Because Workpop isn’t just a list of available positions, it’s a supportive place that embraces what’s important to you and helps you get where you’re going.

The tone of this campaign focuses on Workpop as caretaker. A brand that creates a safe and supportive environment that opens the doors of possibility to you, allowing each individual to chase success as he or she defines it.

In the executions we use portraits of job seekers to bring alive the humanity and personality of the brand. We also incorporate icons to show how simple and intuitive the Workpop process is.

Concept b
It’s not just what they ask when you get the job. It’s a projection of your impending success. And the first thing we want to know on Workpop. Because from the moment you log on, we make finding a job feel simple. With support that no one else gives you, we make you part of a community of employees and employers. All working together to make finding a job easier. So, the question isn’t, “Can get the job right for you?” The question is, “When can you start?”

This campaign is one of empowerment and optimism. It helps the seeker assume an attitude of success. With a tool as simple and powerful as Workpop, how could you not succeed?

In the work, we focus on the connection between employees and employers. And, we use a highlighter effect to key in on the most important parts of the headlines.

Concept CLooking for a job can be an exercise in ridiculousness. But, it doesn’t have to be like that. Because Workpop is more than just a list of jobs like you find on other sites. It’s a community of people, including prospective employers, all working to help you find the right job as simply and easily as possible.

This campaign focuses on Workpop as a true innovator in the category. The first job site to connect employees and employers in a way that both humanizes and simplifies the process.

We use hand-drawn characters to impart a playful and warm
sense of humanity to the work. Using a hand-drawn font for the headlines also emphasizes the personal nature of Workpop.
